    Pros

Job flexibility, partners are good to work for. Great experience, get to work with extremely smart people. Sec experience is invaluable. Work with some high level people

    Cons

Sometimes asked to work long hours. Very demanding. Sometimes advice to management isn't always listened to. Slow to adapt to changing work environment

    Advice to Management

Listen to the employees. Work on training experience, sometimes staff can feel overwhelmed with little support from management. Be more open to what it takes to be partner.

    Pros

The experience is top rate. You cannot get better experience anywhere else except for the Big 4. All Big 4 are roughly the same though.

    Cons

The pay is a joke. KPMG is the worst of the Big 4 as far as I can see in talking with classmates who work at other firms. Even local firms make more than KPMG.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees better. Your fake market comparisons are a joke. If you want quality people to stick around, you've got to at least be competitive salary wise. Right now, you are not.
