I have been working at KPMG full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

there are a lot of challenges when working for a global company like KPMG - complexity, deadlines, quality, and if you can manage it, the people, the clients, and the compensation are all really good.

    Cons

if you are in the early phases of your career you will find the amount of effort quite high - although the support from your manager and peers is often quite good - so prep for putting in the time and energy to be successful!

I have been working at KPMG full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Environment of the Dallas EVS practice is great. Leadership is helpful and supportive of goals. I am enabled to use my intelligence and have the ability to ask for guidance when needed.

    Cons

Depending on what practice you are in and how well your leadership develops business, hours will vary greatly, which is a strong component of bonus compensation. Some associates will get more work than others and its all based on the hand you are dealt.

    Advice to Management

Not much, I work in a healthy environment that encourages growth. My only suggestion would be to create a system where associates and managers can bot see where there is capacity or a need for help. I know this is in the works, but creating a way for seniors/associates to actively seek out work would be helpful.
