    - you get assistance from your senior collegues

    - friendly atmosphere

    Cons

    - not too convenient to get from metro to the office
    - salary very competitive for those who just start the career, however in several years the compensation is lower comparing to the market given your level of responsibility, experience and competence

I have been working at KPMG full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people, interesting projects, fast growth, if you are motivated. All overtimes are being compensated (by money or additional vacation). In case you are working late, you can order a dinner and reimburse taxi expenses

    Cons

Small salary at the beginning, really small salary, which is not enough even to pay rent for flat. Office is located in the Moscow city, it takes a long time to get to it from almost every point in Moscow

    Advice to Management

Revise salaries policy, though effective rate at KPMG is much higher, than in other BIG4 companies (due to overtimes compensation).
