I have been working at KPMG full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This is great place to start your career and gain your skills in financial reporting. Good colleagues creates warm atmosphere. Good social benefits (tranings, corporate discounts, medical insurance etc.) Clear promotion policy, ACCA compensation.

    Cons

The only adverse thing in work for KPMG is too low salary compared to salaries in FS sector and there is no inflation adjustment.

    Advice to Management

Please, increase salaries. This is the only thing, which must be changed. There will be very useful, if you will introduce Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Reuters training courses.
