I worked at KT full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My coworkers were really nice, when I worked there the company has had offered a special plan for emplyees so I could use the phone almost free until they stopped it.

    Cons

Ridiculously high expectation of sales. They don't support each stores well but expect them to make more sales than others. The salary they are saying at the first time is wrong; they pay you an extra money every 3 months but it's based on the result of sales and a lot of people didn't get paid. But they consider that commission as your salary too.

I worked at KT full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

employee benefits: 2 yrs of maternal leave, phone bill reimbursement, etc.
big name (will look good on your resume), kinda chilled atmosphere (8-7pm work hours)

    Cons

your salary will remain the same for years.
Wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking to "upgrade" your career.
You will be constantly asked to work in the "field" managing retail outlets etc.
Sometimes, when the time is bad, you will receive quota to sell phones to your acquaintance at expensive price

    Advice to Management

need to improve the escalation process for business. no one wants to take risk in your company, it's hard find someone who's passionate about their work. there are some HR issues especially when it comes to allocating proper talents to proper team where they can excel.
