I have been working at KWAN full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

KWAN has been for the past years a thriving community of tech talent and people working to help everyone achieve new heights in their career. It helps that they work and treat us like family and so we feel that warmth and security when needed.

    Cons

Internally Remote work just started to be a parte of our culture only recently, but it's awesome to have that. And there should be a simulator for me to know what type for tech should i pursue in order to get far in my career.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at KWAN full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You'll get to work with the big names in the industry. The partners are amazing and very helpful. One has the opportunity have a one on one with them any time they need to.

    Cons

Partners are great but the top management is difficult to work with. Their personal biases reflect in their work and they lack professionalism when it comes to their subordinates. They tend to give a hard time to anyone who's not in their inner circle. Being rude or arrogant is treated as a rewarding trait.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at KWAN full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nothing in special. Seems to be a dream compan. However

    Cons

    - They usually use you as "one more consultant" (you'll be only a number). - They don't have a good follow-up with the consultants (Your Manager will never remember who you are). - They have a worst support for Brazilians. They outsourcing the visa process contracting you in a third service company. They don't help you with the relocation like a fly tickets, the bills to pay all documents that you need and with a first accommodation in another country. And also, they don't have a legal person that will allow you to get the Portuguese documentation (NIF, NISS) and the resident permission. - The gross salary is low and they pay the most part using "gift" cards. So, you won't pay all the taxes to the social security. In addition, your additional salaries will be less than the usual. So, if you have to take a time off, you'll receive less.
