I have been working at KaVo Kerr full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

Driven by change and innovation. Your supervisor will be willing to train you into his/her successor so that he/she can level up. Pay well compared to market trend. This place will train and groom you into a star if later you decide to move on into other companies.

    Cons

Aggressive and can be a cut-throat environment. Company culture does not support Work-life-balance.

    Advice to Management

Now that I know how the company is led, I am confident in investing in DHR stocks.

    Advice to Management

10 managers in 14 years. Get a clue....

      Pros

Lots of team gatherings/parties Spiffs happen pretty often

      Cons

Micromanagement Management lets a lot of things slide and/or will turn a blind eye to cheating. This is a sales position where we should be competing on a level playing field High turnover

      Advice to Management

Stop letting cheaters continue to report fake sales so our goals don’t keep skyrocketing!!

I worked at KaVo Kerr full-time for more than 4 years

      Pros

Flexibility on how you spend your time and good pay

      Cons

Slow to change with the times and update products. Constantly cutting product quality to reduce price, including replacing metal parts with plastics that break more easily. Constantly changing sales force so job security is an issue.

      Advice to Management

Understand which employees have coasted through their job in the past years when the products had no competition and reward the ones who actually work hard.

I have been working at KaVo Kerr full-time

      Pros

If you are person looking to be handed everything, this is not the place for you. In today's 24/7 connectivity, work-life balance is what you make it. As long as you do quality work, take pride on what you do, learn to maneuver the world of politics, and keep within budgets and deadlines, you'll thrive here.

      Cons

You have to be willing to let the complaining aside and adjust to the ever changing and fast paste environment in which decision are made. A true balancing act to discern what is an opinion and what is a relevant to risk.

      Advice to Management

They want to cover the world with too many initiates, which results in a disconnect of what is attainable and what is doomed to fail. Management changes often impacting the daily business. Hiring and letting go seems to go hand on hand. Not a good strategy for morale.

      Cons

Very little career advancement Promoted to management solely off favoritism. Stretching the few employees it has out very thin and always demanding more from them. Can be very stressful Underpaid according to the current US industry standard for some positions. Don't value employees input Has had several different CEO,vice president within a 3 yr time period

      Advice to Management

Treat your employees like you'd like to be treated then maybe you'd be respected.
