    Pros

Equipment training is good...and that's about it.

    Cons

Lack of leadership, lack of responsibility, it feels as if the company hates for the salesman to make money, management is unorganized and will drive your customers away. Upper management is extremely stupid and think too highly of themselves. A certain invidual flies into town once every few weeks only to give things away for free and then takes all the credit. What a manager that guy is. Processes here are... typically slow. Accounting tends to push my commission checks back as much as they can. Completely pathetic.

    Pros

Company makes a great product. In fact you could say it is the best in the industry. They spend a lot of money on marketing and engineering. Giving their products and services lots of exposure.

    Cons

For a company that has one of the best but most expensive products in their industry they do not understand that they make a product that needs to be sold by professional salesman. The company culture is that salesman are replaceable. Upper management is top heavy and after sales support is non existent. Despite California labor laws that say otherwise. They will not pay you on any commissions for sales that you... made once you leave the company. Despite selling the most expensive products in the industry the pay/commissions and benefits are the lowest in the industry. This job is not bad to learn the industry and make some connections and use that to find a better job within the industry with a competitor. For a privately held company there is a LOT of red tape. Kaeser is held hostage to it;s own ISO standards. The tail is clearly wagging the dog here and makes simple day to day business activities a nightmare.
