I worked at Kaiser Aluminum full-time

    Pros

Flexible, interesting employer with good benefits package, particularly health coverge. Company allows opportunity to make employment what you want of it, and fosters good atmosphere for co-worker interaction.

    Cons

Company is too lean structurally, and personnel wise, because demands are high and resources somewhat limited. Although salaries are good, lean staffing requires excessive work hours to complete demands. Turnover is relatively high in some areas.

    Advice to Management

Staffing levels need to be improved.
