    Pros

Great people, lots of group work, really felt like I made a difference even as an intern.

    Cons

Seemed to be a lot of passive aggressiveness between managers and standard employees

    Advice to Management

I worked at Kaiser Family Foundation full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The org is absolutely pure of heart when it comes to wanting to provide the best info on health care policy. Errors or bias not tolerated. Really whip smart colleagues. Well resourced.

    Cons

Because it's a fairly small organization, and there's not a lot of turnover, it can be frustrating for people who would like to stay but don't have room to continue moving upward.

Sometimes more collaboration across departments would be nice, tends to be a very quiet office environment, location is beautiful but a bit of a drive to food options
