I worked at Kaiser Permanente (More than 8 years)

    Pros

It's a great organization that has a very good purpose and goal of healthcare. They provide very good healthcare and I was proud to be part of that process.

    Cons

For Clinical Technology, the upper leadership does not understand the workings of a service organization. A lot of patience is required to get through the procedures set up to accomplish the work.

    Advice to Management

Bring someone in that understands the service business and listen to them.
