I have been working at Kaiser Permanente full-time (More than 3 years)
Health care benefits paid completely by them and they have 3 tiers of plans to choose at different cost (you get a credit to spend on all benefits)
Can be a bit mundane and monotonous as a union provider without advancement opportunity if you don't get other specialized training like MBA or IT degree.
Advice to Management
Increase your internal PI dept given the opportunity to improve waste and savings within the large size of this organization.
