            I worked at Kana full-time

            Pros

Flexi time Home working There is a good knowledge sharing amongst some of the team

            Cons

No real decent pay rises Career progression is no where to be seen Good staff are hit hard while slackers get an easy ride – this can be widely seen when a project is coming to an end. Some staff look out for others to ensure nothing happens to them more than their own team when there is trouble on a project.

            Advice to Management

Cut it down to size and stop micro managing your team
