    •Benefits •Management •Environment •Travel Opportunity •Bonuses It's a fun work place. It's my first job where I don't dread going to work. The management gives employees a level of trust I haven't had anywhere else.

    Thank you for taking the time to comment. We are pleased that you value the medical plan, which is offered with a comprehensive benefit package. We do have HR support a phone call away and visit our locations regularly. We are using your feedback to post HR cell phone contact info on the E-Boards and in the building. The next HR scheduled visit is March 30 and 31st.

    Pros

    Pay is fair and they do care about safety. Also, if you like to gamble on football it's the regional managers hobby.

    Cons

    Turnover ratio is approximately 50% to 60% annually for working associates. Since the beginning of 2018 at the North Canton, OH location they have turned over 1 general manager, 8 operations managers (so almost replaced each spot 3 times in less than 4 years), 2 HR people and 2 supervisors. Your vacation and pto time is accurued so you have to work a decent amount of time before receiving any time off, of which it's only one week for the first three years. Upon leaving make sure you use it prior to notice or will lose it, they will not pay it out after. Overall, there is a reason so many people do not stay.

    Experience of seeing how a company lacks values and people mean nothing.

    Cons

    Terrible leadership from HQ down to Fort Smith AR. No trust, unfortunately unethical, and employees under six figure managers mean nothing to the company.
