    Pros

Professional dedicated workplace where you get to work with an engaged and professional team. They train medical professionals..

    Cons

The non memical support pay and benefits could be better but is still not bad. Not as flexible in scheduling as desired but for a small team not too bad.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Kansas City University of Medicine & Biosciences full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Taunted as the greatest place in Kansas City to work, KCU does have good benefits and attempts to make the work place supportive.

    Cons

Inconsistencies in what is said and what is expected tend to prevail. New ideas are not openly excepted and employees are asked to attain a higher degree of professionalism than leadership exhibits.

    Advice to Management

Hire people of integrity who do not run over others to get their way. Create an atmosphere where tame work is prevalent while still maintaining leadership roles
