I worked at Kantar Media full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flex Time Game Room Amazing Benefits Nice Work/Life Balance

    Cons

No Fault Attendance Policy Lack of Management Favoritism Stalkers Obscene OT Low Pay

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees! Many people don't make it past the Temp Phase. Once they make you a perm. employee, they start to treat you like animals. Unless you know someone, it's very hard to be successful with this company. Its no longer what you know, its who you know. In addition, fix the bullying/harrassment issues stemming from your so-called supervisors #NoLongerInHighSchool

I worked at Kantar Media full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

A nice office but unnecessarily central, expensive and hemmed in by building works

    Cons

Endless performance reviews, but despite an excellent record, no real pay rise for 15 years

    Advice to Management

Cut management and listen to the people who actually earn the money

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Kantar Media full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Office is next to a train station

    Cons

Nightshift workers treated as second-class citizens. Low pay, unsocial hours, no career progression, no incentives, low morale, very poor level of communication from management. The worst kind of employer.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect - it's never too late to start!
