I worked at Kantar Media full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There's flex time which means you can come in between 6:30 and 9:30 without being late. They have a game room with a ping pong table, basketball mini game, pool table, and play station 4. You can take an hour lunch. They're really flexible with vacation time. It's a really comfortable place to work.

    Cons

I struggle to think of any cons for working for this company except the starting pay was pretty bad.

    Advice to Management

They're doing an amazing job. I couldn't give them advice on anything else to change.

    Pros

Great people dedicated to doing a good job at this location. Smart and reliable. Low turnover with an emphasis on training and promoting from within.

    Cons

The business unit in Minneapolis (Marx Media) would occasionally get lost in the shuffle of the larger company. Pay below industry standard.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Kantar Media full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The benefits offered were great. The supervisors were very approachable and friendly. They typically promote from within.

    Cons

The salary was low and they did not offer many ways to broaden your work experience. The nature of the work was strictly data entry.

    Advice to Management

Offer workers more incentives to speed up the data entry. Give more opportunities for employees to stand out and get noticed.

I have been working at Kantar Media full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

A stable employer with generous benefits, competitive salaries and telework options. Supervisors macro manage- trusting you to meet or exceed client expectations with timely and accurate work.

    Cons

This macro managing can become neglect. They don't offer training or new opportunities to advance in your career and increase your professional profile. Pointing this out can lead to bewilderment from mgmt.

    Advice to Management

Spend money to train your people and pay for professional development opportunities. When someone asks for an opportunity, at little or no cost to you, grant it- reward ambition and audacity. They tend to be the high performers.
