    Pros

    Very good in managing people and very sweet people around. Salary hike is good but not as expectations. Most important very good working environment, with something planned for every month. You can have chilled hours with director manager of company. Cab facility is the best part the company.

    Cons

    The only Cons, Very much work load and stressed working hours. Salary expectations are high for such stressed job for which the company does meet the expectations.

    Pros

    The leadership is really engaged in the thoughts and wellbeing of their employees. They're also really committed to progressing the company inclusivity and social responsibility. As an employee you have a lot of agency in your work and client interactions. Colleagues tend to be really smart and motivated.

    Cons

    There was compression in the business in 2020 that put a hold on promotions and salary increases. They need to update their reporting platforms, still rely too much on pptx. The framework is good and works for how much work at scale they do but it can be confining.

    Pros

    The benefits offered were great. The supervisors were very approachable and friendly. They typically promote from within.

    Cons

    The salary was low and they did not offer many ways to broaden your work experience. The nature of the work was strictly data entry.

    Pros

    People are generally nice Nice office Good place to start career though leave quickly if you want to earn more than 40k in the next 10 years

    Cons

    Too many people picking up dust because they've worked there 30+ years. Too slow and too many internal processes and politics which don't make sense. Seems to be becoming an outsourcing company as moving large amounts to India that was previously done in UK. Salary not bad but have to ask for it or would be way below average. Very difficult to get easy things done - still a certain arrogance about the company where they assume that because they are the largest they are the best. Having worked at both large and small agencies, they are very wrong. Junior staff will be paid nothing and leave after 2 years.
