Great Place to learn the basics, less support otherwise. (Edited review)

    Pros

Very manageable workload Exposure across business High quality of staff at junior through mid level Strong recruitment Strong client base Reasonable compensation for the industry Strong reputation Strong global products which is articulated effectively and executed well to suit client's needs Strong client relationships which are well managed, and well served. General high quality of output and product, as a result of well designed global research product portfolio, well utilised and tailored to client's business issues. Flexible culture when managed well, during good peaks is really preferential. Great place to learn at a junior level. Not too much artificial formality. Great office location and facilities. Some strong leaders who offer transparency and significant support. Very welcoming and supportive support staff.

    Cons

Lack of transparency through a lot of senior management communication. Negative management of visas utilizing as leverage for employee freedom and lack of transparency and equality as to how this is managed. Some pronounced cliques, enhanced potentially by business structure and culture of cronyism. 'Flexible' work culture and 'easy-going' attitude can leave others to pick up the resulting lack of support, unmet promises at times. A lot of engineered / manufactured 'fun' and culture that feels disingenuous. Lack of organic culture with the exception of aforementioned cliques. Some lack of efficiency meetings that feel superfluous instead costing the business (in wasted operational hours). A lot of mid level people kept in their 'boxes' and not given freedom of expression, or optimisation and treated like a cog. Not always action and output oriented. Very high staff turnover as turbulence from various mergers, and Covid. A lot of disgruntled staff upon leaving, suggesting some endemic issues. Some senior staff members who exhibit toxic behaviours.
