    Super for those who prefer to work remotely. Structure your own day; work with minimal supervision.

    Cons

    Computer equipment supplied could be upgraded; employee engagement activities are sometimes a bit much.

    Pros

    Good pay, 1.5x pay for any time over 40 hours. 100% free graduate/undergraduate/certificate education for employee & 50% off tuition costs for immediate family members.

    Cons

    Hard to reach numbers at times, precarious situations, frequent layoffs, no room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

    Supply advisors with more leads to attempt to convert for your underlying goals.

    Pros

    Your schedule is pretty flexible. There are meetings and places you "need to be" but for the most part, you can work when you want to.

    Cons

    Administration is too concerned with the bottom line instead of the quality of the graduates.

    Let the professors do their job.
