    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Kaplan University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company has a lot of long time employees. Albeit, there is a good amount of attrition among new hires. If you are looking to move upward within this organization, you better be very competitive and ready to drink the kool-aide. Dress code is casual. Jeans and t-shirts are the norm.

    Cons

Lack of upward mobility. Highly competitive environment to get ahead, you better be a golfing buddy or be friends with the CEO. Lack of qualified leads

    Advice to Management

Get away from the , Ill hire my friends even though their qualifications are not up to par. Spend time listening to the front line employees. When you implement a new program or rule, stand by your decision and give it at least 6 months to work.

    Pros

Loved my coworkers they were pretty much the only thing that made it bearable. Since all the lead my team received were burnt out the minute we got them we spend our days being hung up on and threatened the second we called them because they had already gotten tons of phone calls every day.

    Cons

Leads were burnt out the minute I got them so the chances of my making my goals were very slim.

    Advice to Management

Make it an even playground if you're going to expect sales people to do well. Don't give new leads to some and burnt-out ones to others and expect them to do well.
