Working with the kids is wonderful . I really like that part.

Staff are mean to the kids and no one listens bc its very cliquey. The staff back eachother up when they lie. Staff dont know or dont follow the best or even good ways to work with traumatized and mentally ill youth

Located inside flagship Bloomingdale’s in Century City.

Horrible upper management. Upper management shows favoritism towards associates that have been there the longest- doesn’t hear out the supervisor- makes management feel horrible/doesn’t hear them out. Extremely petty employees/upper management. Ran me out of a job because a former employee wanted my position as supervisor and tried to make my life a living hell. Racist. They’re all Mexican. I was ostracized as the only white girl on the team. Low pay. Over worked/under compensated. Horrible experience all around.
