Pros
Remote work, the only positive thing!
Cons
No Benefits, W2 employee, below average wages, terrible communication between departments. New employee receive unclear role expectations and training material, they give you an unrealistic time frame to learn in the role and excel in it. There is no room for growth and not much opportunity to learn from your mistakes. You are better off doing freelance work than work for them.

Human Resources Team Lead
Thank you for your feedback. We currently do not have any W2 employees here; therefore, as an independent contractor, there wouldn't be benefits offered. We do allow ample time to learn the project and in many cases, more than one opportunity to excel in the project. We wish you all the best.

Great Experience so far!
Jun 14, 2019 - Internet Analyst in Los Angeles, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I just started working for KarmaHub about a week ago and so far the job has been wonderful. The leads at KarmaHub have been there to help me with my projects and answer any questions I might have. I love being able to split up my day into chunks instead of working 8 hours straight. I have a health issue to where I have to get up and move around every few hours and working for KarmaHub I have been able to do this without anyone getting upset because I need to take a break every so often to do this. For anyone looking for a job that is flexible, this role would be perfect for you. I look forward to growing more with the company I feel like they have a lot to offer me and I can also be a great asset for them. I also love the diversity that KarmaHub offers this was something that was very important to me.
Cons
I wish it was W-2 instead of 1099, no health benefits

Great Company to work for!
Jun 12, 2019 - Internet Analyst in Fort Drum, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I've been working for KarmaHub full time as an IA for about 9 months now. My experience has been extremely positive. Everyone is very professional, understanding, and caring. The flexibility that KarmaHub offers is something I have been looking for and have not found with other companies. The leads are all very supportive and go out of their way to make sure that they offer you every chance at being successful. As long as you have decent communication skills, which is a necessity for any remote position, you will be able to succeed here!
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but it is a 1099 position so you need to plan for taxes and benefits yourself.
