    Religion biased officials, policies, prayers in an academic university

    Advice to Management

    Avoiding religious activities and prayers in an academic institution should be avoided. More focus on research and teaching oriented faculties and top officials are needed for enhancing the university grade.

    Karunya is an Excellent Organisation. If you work in this organisation you can excel in any organisation.

    One of the top 10 universities for infrastructure with thrust areas matching my research interest in the areas of health care , food and energy

    Infrastructure is good... pay package is ok...

    Cons

    Best place to pretend as if your GOD fearing person like other staffs.
    Best place where GOD is used for all and made good business out of it.
    To many many master to cook one cup of boiling water.
    *** deep **** of politics.
    Policies keep changing as chancellor visits more foreign countries. As he visits, he will suggest something in the name of ***, and top management will implement accordingly with knowing what it is...
    every 6 months policies changes.
    They want only ppl who can dance to their tunes....
    no research no academic ...
    if you are talented...u r in real soup...

    BEST part they will reduce your salary by 20% every year.....
