Use your employees by their capability and knowledge not by the years they have spent.
Its a great organisation ,I will never forget the contribution to my initial career by KVB.I learnt a lot ,grown a lot but cants see my beloved KVB to getting deteriorated and loosing its market share under lending where other FI are prospering a lot .You can give numerous reasons for poor performance but reality is ,,Leadership lacks quality.

The Management always listens to whatever the Branch Manager says irrespective of whether the allegations if any made are genuine or not

    Advice to Management

If any allegations are made against an employee by the Branch Manager, kindly conduct a detailed investigation and also allow an employee to defend those allegations and prove that he is innocent if he has not acted against the code of conduct. Like how in a court, both the parties put forth their side of the story and then the Judge gives his judgment, the employee also should be given a chance rather than blindly following what the branch manager says
