Tremendous Opportunity for Hard Workers
Mar 3, 2023 - Lead Solution SpecialistRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great opportunity to work for a company that is a leader in its space and rewards hard-working employees with promotions and equity grants.
Cons
Not remote-friendly (unless you were hired remote or were hired near an office that is no longer used). Assuming you're in a sales role, you need to work hard and get results or you will soon be gone - as someone who owns equity I actually don't see this as a Con but something to be aware of.

Pros
I have worked in a sales capacity for well over a decade at Kaseya. From the start, it’s been a “work hard, play hard” culture. Over the years, I have made life alerting money, great friends and achieved numerous professional milestones. I have elected to stay in an individual contributor role because of the lucrative compensation as well as my personal job preference…with that said, there have been tons of coworkers who have been promoted several times in less than a year…you want growth in your career? Kaseya’s the place! The organization is customers first and then results…in that order. Kaseya’s culture is fast paced and although training and support are constantly provided, (i.e., for role readiness as well as career growth), this is not the company to “show up and mail it in.” We run through the tape, work long hours and are pressed to achieve and to do so out of our comfort zone…that’s where you learn and grow (IMHO). It’s not all about the money, however, with great effort and constant improvement, I’ve made my largest W2’s working at Kaseya…the rewards for results and hard work have changed my life and my family’s life for the better. I would highly recommend Kaseya to those harder workers, who are humble/coachable, embrace change and want to succeed.
Cons
Although there are plenty of fun to be had at the office (beer Friday’s), Kaseya is not for someone who wants to be coddled and comfortable. Tools, training and support are provided and goals are a stretch, but fair.

Pros
Not a bad gig for a first job out of college, recommend if you are 22 years old or younger ideally, they like ‘em young. If you have parents that financially support your lifestyle and you don’t care about 401k, this may be the place for you.
Cons
Not a realistic company for anyone older than 25. You will be surrounded by loads of immature ‘playas’ in the brickell office who blast techno music. Wolf of Wall Street culture, locker room talk is rampant. Pretty conservative right leaning vibe and if that’s not how you describe yourself, look for a job elsewhere - you will be ridiculed behind your back. For the older crowd, there is so much disorganization everywhere. Company is very siloed so a lot of breakdown in communication and collaboration. Not really a tech company, more of a “acquired a bunch of smaller companies with decent products” and priority is that of a pushy sales company. No actual innovation on existing products. Engineering is mostly offshored to India and Poland so they can forgo paying US wages. I left ultimately because of too many shady things I witnessed first hand that have me now convinced me this company is some kind of Ponzi scheme waiting to be exposed. I cannot get into the specifics because of a ridiculous non-disparagement I foolishly signed before I caught on.

An incredible place to work if you are adaptable and ready to put the work in!
Mar 14, 2023 - Solution Specialist in Miami, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
As an employee of Kaseya, I can confidently say that working here has been a life-changing experience for me. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the company's mission, and I knew that I wanted to be a part of something that had the potential to make big waves in the tech industry. Since joining the team, I have been blown away by the level of support and encouragement that I have received from my colleagues. Everyone here is passionate about what they do, and they are always willing to lend a helping hand or offer advice when needed. It's truly inspiring to be surrounded by such talented and motivated individuals. Working at this company has also opened my eyes to the many possibilities that exist within the tech industry. I have been given the opportunity to work on projects that have challenged me and helped me grow both personally and professionally. The skills that I have developed here have not only made me a better employee, but they have also given me a new perspective on what is possible in my career.
Cons
Not necessarily a con but you have to be willing to put the time and effort in here. There are no handouts but big payouts for those that follow the process and work hard. Things are growing so quickly that you have to adapt very* quickly and for some it is not an easy environment.

Amazing AR Team, not sure about the rest of the company
Mar 17, 2023 - Accounts Receivable in Miami, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Flexible work hours, amazing management, no micromanaging - your results speak to your character. Good work culture, lot of social events, and co-workers actually speak to one another unlike some other places. Great health and dental insurance plans(Cigna), 21 days PTO, and 401k are some of the benefits the company offers.
Cons
Difficult to grow within the company (not my dpt's fault but a company issue), monotonous processes, monthly collection goals are not calculated until mid-month or almost at the end so at times you had no idea how you were tracking towards your monthly collection goal. The "in-office" culture Kaseya is advertising is a bit ridiculous given you can do the same job from home and avoid about 2 hours of traffic; they just make you come to fill the space that they bought.

Pros
More than usual PTO days. Some cool coworkers you’ll come across.
Cons
Upper management, high health insurance deductibles, drastically low pay, and overworked. This company expects too much when people are overworked and underpaid.

All Positive Reviews are Fake
May 30, 2023 - Senior Software Engineer in Boston, MARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Nothing positive. This is a boiler room, sweat-shop that doesn't deliver. The fake reviews are comical. It's like they get a few bad reviews (real) that the weird CEO reads and he tells his minions to write fake reviews. It's so predictable.
Cons
Not a tech company. Most tech is outsourced to the least expensive option with no concern for quality. History of security breaches,. The CEO is a bizarre human.
