    - great environment
    - good pay
    - international coverage
    - colleagues are great and many social events for employees of the faculty of economics and business.

    Cons

    I don't have specific cons for this position. It depends of course for a big deal whether student-supervisor is a good match.

    One of the best universities to obtain your Ph.D., a lot of opportunities, mobility and exchanging programs, benefits, etc.

    Cons

    Very low opportunities to grow (PostDoc, assistant, Professor) and to get permanent positions for foreigners

    Nice atmosphere
    Young and dynamic workforce
    Good salary and benefits (bike, insurance, eco cheques, extra month)

    Cons

    Professors can be uninvolved with your functioning, especially when they are tenured the motivation seems to decrease.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the top level of a department motivated, or don't give them the task to be the main supervisor if they don't have the time or interest to supervise them at all.
