      Pros

      Kauffman Tire is a growing company that offers many products ranging from tires to automotive repair. They have several departments including wholesale, retail, online sales and corporate.

      Cons

      The location of its corporate headquarters is in Ellenwood. Traffic can be a nightmare.

      Pros

      Everyone from the owner down to wholesale level management care about you and your success. Great core values and company direction is great.

      Cons

      Need to give more tools for proper success. Also tends to have hot topics that are a bit extreme.

      Pros

      Customers were the best part of the job. They recently sold the commercial portion of the business and only do wholesale now. Decided they did not know enough about the commercial portion of the tire business.

      Cons

      Too much competition, own sales people will cut your throat for a nickel. It is truly a dog eat dog business. Customers have nearly zero loyalty. A lot of change over and salespeople changing companies.
