    The company provides an atmosphere that is conducive to growth

    Being in management myself I feel the company needs to allow more time for subordinate to get more training and continual training

    Advice to Management

    Being part of project management my suggestions would be to allow employees to vent and a suggestion box a while more hands on training and involvement as a team effort site management is key

    Pros

    Pay was fair. There are many nice people from diverse backgrounds working in Kawasaki. Offer a good match on 401K savings.

    Cons

    Management does not manage their employees. Japan had the final decision in many areas. No room for growth. Long work day and no flex time what so ever.

    Manage your employees better. There are many employees who do not perform. The hard workers have to make up for these non performers. Utilize SAP more. Too many manual processes.

    Great location if you live in lower Westchester

    Cons

    Company structure is not followed by management. Lack of procedures and processes known by management. Tuition reimbursement has been suspended for the last 5 years
