    Pros

    Awesome sales team that is extremely customer oriented. The team in Duluth, MN are problem solvers, and day makers. The energy at Kay's is always so inviting! Also the commission scale is great.

    Cons

    You start at minimum wage, and if you make your daily goals then you have a chance at getting a raise. Sales are competitive.

    Great discounts. Good hours if you have a good manager

    Impossible standards for low traffic stores.

    Have Marketing do better getting customers into stores. Treat employees with more respect.

    higher commission for store making higher quota

    Cons

    entirely sales driven. during slower months management is harder on you and you can lose your job.

    Advice to Management

    If it was not ran as such a "sales are the only thing that matters" environment, turnover wouldnt be so high.

    You're entirely dependent on people coming in the store, no customers, no sales, no sales, no commission. It's also hard to meet credit standards.

    Employee discount, benefits, flexible scheduling.

    Cons

    Terrible, virtually no commission to be made in a very slow store. Hourly rate in poor.

    Advice to Management

    Do not hold associates and managers for sales standards if no guests come in the store. The store overall should be rewiewed on conversion of the total guests that enter the store.
