I worked at Kaya Skin Clinic (Less than a year)

    Pros

Trainers are amazing and training agendas fulfill the given KRA's
The only people compliment to their position is trainer very polite , humble and most important empathetic! True coach !

    Cons

High level of politics and doesn't treat frontline people very well.
Seems like rule book is made for frontline people .
Lack of trust and high level of divide and rule policy .
Very unhealthy and political working environment.
Expect justice better don't expect treat you like slaves . Doesn't need out of the box thinkers be a yes boss and keep on doing buttering then only you would be able to survive . Lot of harassment! We can cast a full movie on ethics !

    Advice to Management

Before creating satisfied customers outside first please satisfy and value your internal customers . Who works at front and takes lot of yell , shout, and etc from everywhere!!! I would say just step into their shoes and get a feel once ! Be empathetic!
