    Pros

    trying hard to stay relevant and open to change. A lot of amazing people working there and there is a lot of potential for greatness.

    Cons

    Low company moral.
    Not changing with the times and the retail environment.
    Not a lot of trust in their employees.
    Very old school rules, stiff environment
    Open to change, but rarely see it happening.
    Sales driven company only focused on outdated department stores.
    Market being taken over by young fresh companies with big marketing budgets

    Advice to Management

    trust your employees! they will be happier and work more. Consider more schedule freedom and work life balance. Unlimited vacation! all the things new companies do to keep their employees happy and hard working.
    reconsider the sales team.

    Great people. Flexible schedule. Summer hours

    Cons

    Company stuck in the 1980's. No desire to modernize business processes or current automation. No management track. Only one raise in the last 5 or 6 years.

    Advice to Management

    Utilize some of the of the younger employees to come up with some new ideas.

    They have sock sale twice a year

    Managers , VP scorn, sneer, contemn employees, who are not liked.

    Try getting more business, instead of distrusting employees

    Pros

    Close to my home, Nice break room. Always busy which makes the day go by faster. Easy job.

    Cons

    Rating system. Parking lot in dire need of repair. Exercise after break. Other employees not that friendly. Management is even unfriendlier. Dead end job no room for growth.

    Advice to Management

    Stop with the rating system, If you have a good worker that shows up on time train them properly so that they can be a longtime employee. All train your employees to be friendly and management.

    •Good people (non upper mgt) work hard here and strive everyday to contribute to the company's success

    Cons

    •Suffocating dysfunctional micro management that trickles down from the very top
    •No autonomy, no encouragement of ideas. As a result no innovation and stale product

    Advice to Management

    •Need for fair and open minded creative collaborative leadership from the very top down
    •Try not to run the company through fear tactics
    •Many minds make great ideas, use and reward the talent that you hire
