    Fantastic culture, great co-workers, talented Executive Team, great products. Talented employees are valued and advanced.

    None that I have seen so far.

    I worked at Kaz as a contractor

    Pros

    Coworkers are friendly and make the job a lot better.

    Cons

    Not flexible hours, Poor time off for temps (2 days every 3 months), lots of down time, management enforces rules and doesn't follow them themselves.

    Advice to Management

    Treat temps a little better and there will be more employee retention.

    Pros

    It was great working with experienced people who were great at their job.

    Cons

    I watched a lot of politics happen. While I was there someone who really deserved a promotion did not get it.

    Pros

    I learned a few things.

    Cons

    This is not a company that values it's customer service employees at all. You will never make any real money. People that had been there for years and did a good job made less than $15.00 per hr. You may be better off at McDonalds. This is a company where mgt used the call center as their own personal playground.

    The best Pro is that the company is local

    Cons

    Everything. I brought in to company cool-aid that I can change the process. But to my chagrin, everyone has a high workload, so there is resistance to change. They say they are siloed but they are.

    Advice to Management

    Higher more indians and re-train the cheifs on how to manage and grow your indians

    Pros

    Aside from the call center and customer service department, the company itself is descent.

    Cons

    Discrimination should not be tolerated at this company
    Underpaid
    Unprofessional
    Treat new employees horrible

    Advice to Management

    Change the managers on the call center. Discrimination should not be tolerated at this company. Favoritism is unfair as well since they should treat all their employees equal.

    The people are amazing! Greatest co-workers of my life. Great location, nice building, promote from within, nice emplyee discount

    Cons

    The pay is atrocious, you are expected to work miracle for peanuts

    You cannot expect people to stay if you don't pay them
