          Pros

The sales team is very passionate. They work together as a team under very uncertain circumstances. As long as the station continues to have Mexican soccer games for you to sell, there will always be a buyer that wants to place spots in those vehicles, and you will probably make your numbers.

          Cons

Programming from Mexico other than soccer is not competitive. It is hard to overcome the negative perception of ad agencies due to multiple historical precedents. Slow reaction time to respond to clients since the traffic and programming and marketing operation are located overseas. Extremely political environment.

            Pros

You will learn a lot and quickly. Great place too see how a network is run. Located nicely off the 5 freeway.

            Cons

Management is poor. The office carries a low morale. Little to no know opportunity for growth, most likely no raises and no perks. Also it feels like big brother, there was a camera above my desk facing straight at me.

              Pros

The family like environment and people here are what make this an enjoyable workplace.

              Cons

Many pockets of poor leadership and lack of accountability exist. Change in culture not embraced or understood by some employees. Making it an undesirable environment to stay and flourish. No upward mobility.

                Pros

Great Company, Great People, Great Benefits, work independence, tough management, always looking to expand and grow,

                Cons

sometimes a lot of procrastinators, and people that are not loyal to the company but loyal to their pockets, and that holds the company back a little bit.

                  Cons

Mexico based company with no idea how to run a company in the United States. Too many managers from Mexico with no idea how to run a Television station.

                    Cons

The parent company holds back the potential of the company by not allowing them to operate by modern broadcast standards.

                        Cons

Company is losing ratings and will likely pull out of US market eventually, selling shows to other network. Meantime, tough place to work.

I'm currently in a job (< 3 months) that I plan on leaving out (background, resume, mentions during interview) but one common question is "when can you start?" I don't want to tell them about my 90-day stay (very toxic, looking for an out), but don't want to find myself in a bind down the road either (picked up by background check, needing extra time to start so I can give my 2 weeks, etc.) My prior job was 9 months long and don't want to be a job hopper either so a little stuck here.

When someone says “We are eager to fill this position, we have no timeline but it should not drag out,” what are the chances I’m selected? This was at the third round interview, last Tue (5d ago) when I was told I should hear from HR next. The job was posted 30+ days ago. I applied for it on 10/22 and the interview process started 11/6 with an HR screening phone call.
