    I worked at Keagan's Restaurant Group part-time

    Pros

If you were a favorite of the management team you would get shifts to make money.

    Cons

Need to replace the entire management team and a lot of the "senior" staff and this place would be busier.

    Advice to Management

It's time to make some big changes.

I worked at Keagan's Restaurant Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Customers were awesome, easy to move up in the company, for the most part its like a little family.

    Cons

Roaches, Roaches, Roaches and more Roaches, the owner is quick to fire management and is never around, no raises, no benefits, horrible pay for management.

    Advice to Management

Be more involved with all the restaurants, if you value your management then offer raises and benefits. There's a lot of shady stuff that happens and gets covered up.

I worked at Keagan's Restaurant Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

As long as management likes you, this establishment is laid back. The work is easy. Some one is always willing to give up a shift. They will let you work off the clock to be able to pick up more shifts.

    Cons

Management is a joke. Preference is given to those who have something to give. Bribery should not be allowed in the work place. There is no business. Daily regulars are assaulting and rude. Never let them become aware of you working a second job, they will find a way to fire you. Overtime is not allowed. If you manage to hit overtime they will adjust your time in/time out to bring you out of over time. Flat out if a manager can not gain from you personally you will be replaced.

    Advice to Management

Geoff, you seriously need to review how your company is being ran at this location. Employees should not have to worry about job security based personal gains for the management.

    Pros

The outfits are cute and the food is good

    Cons

The managers are inexperienced and underpaid. The owner doesn't care about his employees just the money made. The staff is extremely hard to get along with

    Advice to Management

Pay more in salary so you can hire competent managers

    Pros

    Flexibility, recognition, income matched responsibilty

    Cons

poor management, poor leadership, high turnover

    Advice to Management

Please take more time to insure the hiring and training is more elaborate, as often times co-workers were either unqualified or un-prepared.
