    Pros

As long as you don't expect anything you feel good & comfortable working here

    Cons

The more you get into your manager's skin only then you will get what you are looking for.
No matter how hard and well you work it all depends on your manager.

I started my career here Initially it was good, but the more you gain your experience and expect to be recognized in terms of benefits, compensation and opportunities you will be doomed.

Those who has the skills of getting their things done from others will be benefited more in this organisation.

I have seen and seen over the times this behavior....

    Advice to Management

Please recognize, appreciate and provide benefits to your employees by talent and their work but not by just getting feedback from their managers.

One another thing is HR (Don't want to specify which department).
Which is one of the worst i can think of.... Please have this improved a lot

I worked at Keane full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Mostly friendly staff. Able to wear jeans to work, at least when I was there.

    Cons

    I didn't have a raise in the 5 years I was there.

    Advice to Management

Would be helpful to get a raise every once in a while, especially when you worked your butt off.

    Pros

Salary on time. some 401k instead of nothing. some kind of health insurance. company get together, ball games etc.

    Cons

Medical plan sucks. Been there over three years with same designation and little increase in salary. I would say not much growth, after all its a service based company, so unless you move jobs around in the organization, there wont be much salary hike.

Note for h1bs: They do not do green card processing. The not so good thing is, they wont say upfront. They would say wait 18 months, 6 more months etc and finally say they don't do it. Anyway that's for Sr. Consultant position, not sure about higher positions though.

    Advice to Management

Keep the employees more engaged and provide a career path.

I worked at Keane full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

all jobs are catered. new equipment

    never asked to drive illegal

    small company

stage bonuses at end of month. (just taken away)

the guy you work next to elbows deep will give you the shirt off his back. the people make the company.

    Cons

new equipment comes at a dangerous price. most employees don't know how to use equipment because learning is taught by hand me down learn as you go.

upper management is more concerned about saving money than you . you are very dispensable. good luck finding a supervisor that gives a care about you or your fellow co workers unless you are in the click.

lucky in safety- eventually the luck will run out and the company will take safety serious.

if you like breathing in silica 12 hours a day and treated like a # this job is for you.

supervisors throw you under a bus to cover themselves even if it means lying and getting other supervisors fired. a lot of snakes and bs

    Advice to Management

stop sucking one another off and get some real leadership in place

I worked at Keane full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good opportunities to move up or at least make yourself slightly more useful if you can prepare yourself technically for business opportunities.

    Cons

I loved the work, but the job became insanely pressurized.

    Advice to Management

Follow your process - it actually works if you don't cut corners.

I worked at Keane (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The people in my office were fabulous.

    Cons

We were mostly supplemental staff and our management really had no idea what we did for the client on a daily basis. If the client was happy then management was happy. When the client had unrealistic expectations( schedule, requirements) then management seemed to be out of touch.
