    Pros

Work environment is fun & challenging
A lot of young people employed here
Company promotes from within/gives employees a chance to be considered for open jobs
Managers are willing to listen to concerns
    Office located near KOP Mall

    Cons

Benefits could be a little better, but overall satisfied.

I worked at Keane UP full-time

    Pros

The only thing you could get out of this place is experience.
    Benefits are OK.
    Umm...very casual attire, I guess?

    Cons

    ▫️Extremely unprofessional work environment
▫️No room for growth within company
▫️Managers hold you back from bigger opportunities
▫️Private discussions are not confidential with leadership
    ▫️No recognition of hardworking employees
▫️Way too many fresh out of college never held a job folk that sit around and do bare minimum so you must pick up the slack
▫️TONS OF DRAMA, GOSSIP, and POT STIRRERS ❗️
▫️1 hour unpaid lunch must be taken
    ▫️No work-life balance AT ALL

🚫Do not waste your time - if you need experience, fine, but keep it short term.

    Advice to Management

Stop letting the same people manage each dept year after year and maybe things will then get better
Recognize those who put in real hard work
    Better work-life balance
Stop hiring candidates that never worked a day in their life
    Better incentives

I worked at Keane UP full-time

    Pros

Good hours, semi-formal attire at the office, convenient location, easy to work cross-functionally.

    Cons

Very low chance of moving up the ranks, management to employee status was very obvious and changing things took a very long time.

    Advice to Management

Allow for input in both directions, more communication between management and employees.

    Pros

They have very talented people that are under utilized

    Cons

Unfortunately its a bit of gentlemen's club and was not about to change. If you were not part of the favorites, you were not there long. It was a very toxic environment of which management would talk about everyone behind their back to get ahead.

    Advice to Management

Grow up and realize that when so many people leave you might want to look in a mirror

    Pros

Easy work, cool co-workers. Provide meals frequently as incentive to work a little bit later. Good commissions.

    Cons

It seems like the type of company you have to know someone to advance. Everyone that was moved up the ladder was "in bed" with someone related to a board member... or so i heard.

    Advice to Management

Don't always promote the employees that have family ties to board members... It is noticeable.

I worked at Keane UP full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Keane has been able to recruit talented employees that make working at the company palatable.

    Cons

The executive team [all male] make implusive decisions that impact staffers and without regard to longterm impact. It is shocking how quickly someone can go from being the top employee with accolades from the CEO to being blamed for an unforeseen issue outside of the employee's control.

    Advice to Management

Recognize staffers capabilities and listen to their recommendations to improve service to customers. There is a reason why so many talented staff members have left your company in the past 24 months.

I worked at Keane UP full-time

    Pros

The best years of working for Keane are gone but they were great. They used to have a nice Holiday party at Hershey Hotel but now they can't afford it. They used to offer a go away trip for those their favorite employees, but that's also been cancelled.

    Cons

A capital venture group is behind the failings of this once great company. Upper Management is weak with little character and no vision for people or the company. They are vulgar and I'm amazed that they haven't been sued for the way they treat people by cursing at them and creating a very hositle environment.

    Advice to Management

Legacy is greater than money. Listen to the people in the trenches and get your act together. You better update your resume.

I worked at Keane UP full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Commission for non-sales positions (since discontinued). Mostly young people in the New York office, really solid people. Challenging genealogy work that can be rewarding. Plenty of time given to learn the position. Matching 401(k) contributions.

    Cons

So so many cons. Management imposes ridiculous minimums and requirements on their people in order the meet the demands of the board (who have no fundamental understanding of the work the company does). Compensation structure that doesn't reward hard work. C-level execs can't be bothered to listen and absorb constructive input from their employees. Poisonous and backstabbing work environment.

    Advice to Management

I don't know. Run it better? Not sure how it's been since I was laid off.
