Pros
Offers great starter positions to gain experience in the medical field.
Cons
The benefits change drastically based on the location you work at. There is not much room for growth and annual reviews are do not help with compensation. In the five years that I worked there, no one has every been able to properly explain my benefits.

Supportive leadership, willingness to hire young leaders, great staffing, lots of room for growth.

Young hospital lacking infrastructures you would normally see in a hospital with as much prestige as USC. Poor leadership in recruitment department.
