Pros
This company gave me a big chance to take an inside look in to game development and all that comes with it. I got to learn many new things and procedures, that school never told me about. As an art designer, I get a chance to work at many aspects of the project. From concept art, 3D to level design. This way I can see the overall picture of a game prop development and learn more about how to design new props so they... can be easily used ingame. I am looking forward to all new assignments and projects that are going to come in the future.

Pros
It's open, friendly and witch chamber atmosphere. You can easily forgot you're working in company, for there's no feeling of "evil authority" above you (even if there is). You have a lot of space to do things in your own way, as long as result meets the criteria. Creative and opened attitude with a lot of possibilities for everyone. There‘s no annoying middle management, so everything is easier.
Cons
Sometimes it's hard - if boss wants to controll whole working process, but has another point of wiew or doesn't see the precise point of what's wrong in current way, it's hard to argue.
