    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Keiretsu Forum (Seattle) part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great opportunity to work in the private equity and venture capital community. Because of Keiretsu Capital's affiliation with the Keiretsu Forum global network there is an opportunity to work with diverse companies from across the glob

    Cons

It is a smaller company so the ability to rise within the company is limited.

I worked at Keiretsu Forum (Seattle)

    Pros

Great team, really amazing at what they do.

    Cons

Since it's a small workforce, a lot of responsibility is not properly delegated between individuals, often times leading to things not getting done.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Keiretsu Forum (Seattle) full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It's a relatively flexible place to try different things. It's all smokes and mirrors. Internships are a great experience, however unpaid. Most of the feedback is for Full-time hires.

    Cons

These are the things I've noticed after about 6 months of employment. It's an extremely toxic environment. The 5 employees that work there are constantly throwing each other under the bus. The work you do isn't as cool as you think it is. They really need to work on that or will continue to churn through employees. If you are super performance driven and love to achieve excellence in your work, DO NOT GO THERE. They will NOT instill the values you need to be successful. My general advice is to stay away. The two owners tend to have a way in making you feel like the scum of the earth with amazing performance. They really don't care about their employees and are only looking out for their own backs. Extra: There are no metrics to follow and compensation is comparable to working overtime at McDonalds.

I have been working at Keiretsu Forum (Seattle)

    Pros

What's most striking about working at Keiretsu Forum is the opportunity to make impact in how the organization is run. You can always suggest a change and it will come true if you work hard to come up with a great solution. You will have some freedom in what projects you want to work on for your personal growth.

    Cons

If you are looking for someone to always direct you to do something, this company is not a place for you to work. You have to be able to work independently because there are not enough people to supervise you around all the time.
