The culture is really good - I’ve enjoyed working with everyone. Managers are supportive of you pursuing your CPA. I feel very connected to my firm, despite the pandemic.
Cons
Busy season hours are long, as expected, but not as bad as other firms. Health insurance could be better. Very difficult to reach a $3k deductible, so my medicine still costs me $100 a month, whereas my previous plan had my medicine covered as a co-pay.
