    Pros

    Company incentive trips, monthly lunches & the staff

    Cons

    Such a high turnover of staff clients think badly of the company. Commission structure isn't the best. Very, very long hours to the point where people are expected to stay late for just staying late.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your staff as employees and not bums on seats.

    Great location of offices.
    Good holiday allowance.
    New equipment throughout.
    Mandatory annual conference with entertainment and open bar.

    Cons

    Constant promises which fail to materialize.
    Weird cult of personality around senior management team where they are paraded around the business as celebrities.
    Low salaries compared to competitors and the market.
    Poor workplace benefits.
    Poor HR support.
    Bullying from failing managers.
    High staff turnover.
