I have been working at Keller Graduate School of Management full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people are great and you get days from home eventually. The schedule is super flexible. You chose your hours for the most part.

    Cons

No cons really. If there had to be one it would be that you do have to have one late night until eight, but it's really not that bad.

    Pros

Coursework subject matters are current, practical, and innovation suggestive.

    Cons

Teaching techniques should improve through more research.

    Advice to Management

Allow additional subjects (courses) to be added to degree outside the strict coursework structure.

I worked at Keller Graduate School of Management full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Hired great people. Professional work environment. Every day you knew your work mattered in the lives of the students. They pay well and they care about the students

    Cons

Getting answers was often difficult because which decision maker could authorize exceptions for both international students and academic issues changed too often. Because of the economics of their turnaround they were a bit lean on support staff

I have been working at Keller Graduate School of Management full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I thought about this for a while - and it's hard to come up with even one pro at this time. This used to be an ok job (I've been here a few years). The people were friendly and everyone just focused on their job.

    Cons

Recent change in management has created a stifling atmosphere. Everyone is scared to step a toe out of line for fear of being fired. You are triple questioned on everything and treated like you are completely dispensable. This company just took a huge step backwards - stay away. The company culture is so horrible, it's not even worth the paltry income you will earn. Everyone I know is looking to jump ship ASAP.

    Advice to Management

Stand up for your teams and your employees. This change in culture is hurting everyone right now - if the advisers are being squeezed this hard today, tomorrow it will be you in our shoes.

Figure out who's doing the work and reward them
