I have been working at Keller Williams as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

If you don’t hug at least 3 people in a day, something is wrong in the office. There is always someone at the office willing to answer your questions.

    Cons

Expensive dues for new agents. One thing I’ve noticed aswell, the agents in the office are monopolized and not always willing to share information. That is nothing wrong with the company, it’s the agents that make it tough.

    Advice to Management

Allow for new agents to gain a chance to afford dues.

I worked at Keller Williams as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

The McKinney, Tx office was full of friendly, fun realtors eager to work together. There was a great team building atmosphere.

    Cons

The biggest challenge for me working there was the schedule. Real estate requires so many evening and weekend hours that it was difficult for me with small children.
