I worked at Keller Williams as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

They have a great name and it really helps when everyone you talk with mostly knows the company name

    Cons

They offer tons of free classes but for the most part many of the classes are very basic and people teaching the material and strategy dont actually do them, themselves.

    Advice to Management

If you are going to force your new recruits into a mentorship, make sure that the mentor is good.

    Pros

Great staff and office, training and support.

    Cons

Too many unethical people in the industry as a whole, clients, agents and other companies trying to make $ on selling everything and anything to the realtors.

    Pros

Strong training resources for new agents

    Cons

Questionable "mega" agent behaviors seen first hand. Would avoid these people like the plague if given the opportunity to.

    Advice to Management

Truly come from contribution and don't make everything sound like a Kool-Aid drinking contest. When you talk at team meetings about agents back dating forms, and doing questionable behaviors, hold them accountable!
