Pros
Such kind people who are all willing to help new realtors. Very good training/mentorship program.
Cons
New agents are trained through a series of lectures that lasts around 6 months. While these lectures are very informative, it’s not the best method of learning for someone who needs more hands on education. New agents need to figure out how to shadow more senior agents in order to have real life experience and learning

Pros
I was an agent under Keller Williams Realty Northeast for 7 years and loved the people the office spaces for employees, the access to usable tools, and free daily training classes on things you need to know with contracts, networking, marketing, and interaction and I loved the X-Mas parties
Cons
None that I can think of. Maybe the commission split, BUT you get so much for that split and I literally earned business I would have never gotten because everyone knew the Keller Williams name in a positive manner.

Working at KW has been amazing for me so far, as my first year in Real Estate I really did not know what to expect. KW really gives you all the tools and knowledge you need whether you're a 1st year or have been in the business for 10+. The culture at my office is fun and inviting and you're surrounded by like minded hard working individuals.
Cons
Can be overwhelming You are your own boss, so stay organized accordingly.
