I worked at Keller Williams full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Name recognition (KW) can help get listings (maybe)

    Cons

Nickel and dime you to death, training usually just cost you more commission. The “free” training is simply teaching you to cold call and call everyone in your phone contacts. Very strict on how paperwork is handled and must be 100% their way to the “T” or not get paid.

    Advice to Management

    Not gonna help lol
