    Pros

Typical expectations from an old company that still operates as such. You have to show up at 9am on the dot, or you get a talking to from your manager. No career growth opportunities. Same work, day in day out. Not surprising that employees are not engaged in their work.

    Cons

Old school values. Dress code, no interaction with leadership, standard benefits, lacking in excitement.

I worked at Kelley Blue Book full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good training workshops and team building, great colleagues, decent comp package, benefits start on day 1 of employment, very personable CEO, decent location because it's near the 405, 5, 133 freeway for commuters. HR does a great job at keeping involved in a pleasant way. Great corporate gatherings. Commitment to Community (C2C) is awesome for volunteering.

    Cons

Micromanaging middle management, inconsistencies in management. Some are genuine and care about the development of their team. Some are cold and only care about themselves. Inconsistent expectations and definitions of performance measurements, as they differ from manager to manager.

    Advice to Management

Foster a growth and development management style as it will align with the aggressive growth strategy of the company.
