      Pros

      - flexibility - benefits - culture - hours - opportunities

      Overall Positive

      Pros

Chill, positive, friendly work environment. Emphasis on personal development. Management seems to care about general worker well being. Compensation is great for the area, it competes with much higher cost of living areas while the local cost of living is rather low. CPG is a relatively stable field so the work is less likely to be chaotic than other fields.

      Cons

As a young professional, Battle Creek isn't exactly a desirable place to live and work, and the company struggles to compete with for CPG companies based in more lively places like Chicago and Minneapolis. The company has given a number of perks like more casual dress code and the option of working from home fairly regularly - Summer Friday half-das were nice but they plan on restricting that in the future (a big mistake in my opinion that has alienated many employees). CPG being a stable field can be a positive as mentioned, but can also be a negative if one is looking for a more start up culture with faster growth or a faster evolving work structure.
