    Pros

Inclusive, great multinational experience. Flexible work , super brands that make your get to work everyday.

    Cons

Depends too much on other regions for decision making. Company is too big and have to wait for decision making.

Keep up the communication, i love it how all employees are always being informed of where we´re going and how we´re going to do it.

I worked at Kellogg Company full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good people, positive intentions, competitive salaries and base pay for professional positions, generous benefits for certain union positions in some manufacturing plants

    Cons

Change management is poor. Company's commitment to employees is questionable at best. Constantly looking for cost cuts, both good and bad, out of fear of acquisition. Company likes to chase awards (best work place, ethical companies, etc.), but doesn't actually stand behind those values everyday to everyone.

    Advice to Management

Recognize that listening to employees' ideas and feedback typically can yield great results, and it's far cheaper than all of the money that was spent on consultants over the past few years.
