I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There is good work/life balance and work from home opportunities. Kellogg is active in the local communities and provides time during work hours to volunteer to make a difference. I love all of the B/ERG (Business Employee Resource Groups) that ensure Kellogg is a diverse and inclusive place to work!

    Cons

Battle Creek offers more room for advancement than other locations but that is too be expected since that is where we are have our HQ.

I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Besides the amazing cereal bar and endless amounts of Cheez-It, Kellogg's is truly a company that always stays focused on their values and where employees are set up for success. Driven by our founder's mindset, we are a company that cares and looks out for our community and employees. We offer great work-life balance, lots of Business/Employee Resource Groups (B/ERG's) and even the option to take part in what we call summer hours!

    Cons

At times, there have been limited growth opportunities. My key piece of advice to this is to make your passions known to your manager so they can assist you with planning the career you want to see!

I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The brands are amazing! How cool that I get to see Tony the Tiger in my office once in a while? I love that we have exposure to brands that we all grew up with and love. I enjoy the focus on growth and continually improving our processes and procedures. The work/life balance is great - summer Friday's starting in March? You can't beat that.

    Cons

Adding more growth opportunities for ALL functions.

    Advice to Management

Keep being transparent about our growth and our opportunities - it's so helpful to stay engaged! Don't forget how important our collaborative culture is, so finding ways we can better collaborate with our business partners is important!
