I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time

    Pros

Inclusive, great multinational experience. Flexible work , super brands that make your get to work everyday.

    Cons

Depends too much on other regions for decision making. Company is too big and have to wait for decision making.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the communication, i love it how all employees are always being informed of where we´re going and how we´re going to do it.

I worked at Kellogg Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great pay and benefits. The team that I worked with was exceptional, and there is room for moving up within the organization.

    Cons

The executive-level leadership really didn't seem to know what they were doing from my perspective. If they did, they did not do a good job of communicating reasoning to the employees.

I worked at Kellogg Company part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company cares about it's employees. Everyone I worked with was very team oriented.

    Cons

It's a very physical job- in a backroom where it's cold in the winter, hot in the summer. The job starts very early in the morning. I liked that- but if you aren't a morning person it can be rough.

I worked at Kellogg Company full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Affordable area, legacy of a once great and socially involved company.

    Cons

Cost-cutting issue rampant and has been detrimental to the company's images and products. Management reactive, secretive and untrustworthy. Unconsidered downsizing has left R&D and Quality without essential services (e.g. chemistry and sensory).

    Advice to Management

Don't expect to hire top talent if you layoff scientists within a month of hiring them for non-performance related reasons (i.e. cost cutting).
