I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time

    Pros

Inclusive, great multinational experience. Flexible work , super brands that make your get to work everyday.

    Cons

Depends too much on other regions for decision making. Company is too big and have to wait for decision making.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the communication, i love it how all employees are always being informed of where we´re going and how we´re going to do it.

I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Kellogg's has a fun culture and great values. They allow a flexible work/life balance, and they are good about providing a road map for advancing your career. The benefits are not the most amazing I have ever seen, but they are definitely adequate.

    Cons

Getting a new role sometimes seems more about making friends with the hiring manager than qualifications.

I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Excellent pay
    Diverse work force
    Excellent work life balance
Opportunity for growth in a lot of areas

    Cons

Struggles in some areas around technology can be painful for employees
In a competitive market and sometimes makes cuts to align with business needs
Layering of divisions can make work efforts a struggle due to miscommunication

    Advice to Management

Management is doing a great job at the top. There is a lot of fat in the midlayers of management where you will have a senior manager with 3-4 direct employees or two or three layers of middle manaagement. This creates opportunity for growth for sure but also a lot of unneeded cost.

I worked at Kellogg Company full-time

    Pros

Great Salary and benefits for employees. Many of resources to help you develop

    Cons

Regardless of how much you know or did for the company , it’s a possibility you will be laid off. Turnover rate is terrible. Once laid off, they tell you to apply or interview for your position instead of transferring you. Once your with the company for a 8 months immediately start looking for another job just in case

    Advice to Management

Transfer those who were laid off instead of tossing them away. Hire from within!! Develop your employees for higher level roles
DIVERSITY is lacking in management roles

    Pros

Decent salary, employee resource groups are very engaged

Benefits are not good any more and they are constantly restructuring / re-organizing

    Advice to Management

Stabilize the organization and stop referring to all the changes as "we reviewed the marketplace and decided to change xxxxx"
