I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

A company that really cares about you,

    Cons

People just don’t eat cereal like they used to, so RIFs are more frequent and profit sharing is lessened.

    Advice to Management

In a decade people will still be freaking out over the concept of being labeled a “2”.

I worked at Kellogg Company full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Kelloggs has great benefits, great pay, and great PTO time! I worked for the Kelloggs in Jackson, Tn.

    Cons

They work 12 hours shifts, and have a lot of overtime. They have a rotating schedule as well. It can be hard on someone just starting a family.

      Former Employee - Seasonal/Student

I worked at Kellogg Company full-time

      Pros

They pay their students a good wage to support them in college.

      Cons

Forced to work 16 hour shifts...sometimes for 3 weeks straight. You will be scheduled every weekday and you get call 2 "call-off" days the whole summer. Any weekend time off you have to hope that you don't get forced for.
