Very fast paced work. Meet new people constantly.
    Flexible work hours.

    Cons

    Extremely heavy workload.
Constantly changing so always worried if job will exist next year!
Lack of understanding at corporate level what field level managers and sales representatives face each day.

    Advice to Management

    Trust your field personnel.
Don't feel change is needed every year as it is very hard to keep moral up when employees are constantly worried about their jobs.

I worked at Kellogg Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This company has a good 401k match, insurance & benefits. Lots of smart, hard-working individuals at Kellogg's...from my experience at least.

    Cons

This company is trending downwards in regards for following the path of greed vs caring about its employees. It's a sad thing to see a good company trend that direction after so many years.

    Advice to Management

Focus on the people that got you where you are and help them.
