I worked at Kellogg Company full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours, decent pay, benefits were good then decent after 2015.

    Cons

Management is awful and it gets worse the higher up. When I started we had company cars, they took those away from us and gave us mileage. Told us it would pay for everything and then some. Didn't pay for much of anything besides maybe your gas.

    Advice to Management

If I don't have something nice to say, I won't say it.

I worked at Kellogg Company full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The pay was great as where the benefits at our union location.

    Cons

The way the always portrayed "K" values is just a way to make themselves look good to the public. The company only cares truly for the shareholder and the dividend they will pay out. That is why almost 10,000 employees lost their jobs this summer when the board decided to shut down all N. American distribution and sales operations to save approx. 500 million dollars in a division that made over 3 billion. All about the dividend and shareholder, they don't have "K" values ....they only value the"$".

    Advice to Management

It isn't always about how much more you can give the shareholder. Remember these high payouts wont always be there and than you have set and unrealistic goal that when not met will cost you all you jobs as well.
