      Pros

Lots of independence when it comes to support the organizations goals. Flexible schedule and able to work from home often.

      Cons

Each region tends to operate as its own business so getting a globally aggregated source of data is almost impossible. Long hours.

      Pros

Immediate teams was wonderful to work with. I learned a lot and gained a lot of different experience

      Cons

Underpaid and very long hours. Company/management treats contractors as disposable. Myself and my other contractors were told on several occasions we were below those hired on full time (no one in my department would be hired on as full-time).
